Hi, I'm Jane Stoltze,

Welcome to Bariatric Nutrition Bootcamp!

It is so wonderful to have you here and offer you the WLS nutrition support that is so needed in the WLS community.

So, why did I decide to specialize as a Bariatric dietitian?
I could deeply see a need for compassionate education and more nutritional support in the area of weight loss surgery. I saw so many people struggling to find support, not only in the early days after their surgery but also the long term. There is so much change in the diet and lifestyle of someone who undertakes weight loss surgery, support is vital at all stages of the journey.

I could see the need for personalised support. Empowered education. A hand to hold.

So, I decided to provide WLS education online - so people can access my support no matter where they live.

With the support of technology, my mission is to teach those preparing for and post weight loss surgery to make empowered, smart nutrition choices, and provide support so they reach their bariatric goals.

As an Bariatric dietitian and mindful eating educator, I support people in their journey so they move through their challenges quickly, gain the knowledge they require and remove barriers to ensure that any outcomes they have are positive ones.

You deserve the most compassionate, comprehensive and supported approach to your weight loss surgery journey, and I am excited to be able to support you at every stage.
